By accessing or using ProNoseAI, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

3Intellectual Property

Our Content

The software, AI models, and design are our exclusive property protected by copyright laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them.

4Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Pricing may be updated with prior user notification.
Automatic renewals occur unless cancelled 24 hours before end.
Transactions are processed securely through the App Store.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Details

ProNoseAI offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Plus Plan — Monthly

50 AI rhinoplasty credits per month

$3.99/month

1-month subscription. Auto-renews at $3.99/month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Plus Plan — Yearly

600 credits per year (50/month)

$34.99/year

1-year subscription (~$2.92/month). Auto-renews at $34.99/year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

•Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
•Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
•How to Cancel: Go to iPhone/iPad Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ProNoseAI. You can also cancel through the App Store on your device.
•Refunds: Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access for the remainder of the paid period. Refund requests are handled by Apple per App Store terms.

5Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
